9th Dec – Breathe & Freeze – Wim Hof Method Breathing & Icebath


NOTE! 3PM start this week! *Please arrive 10 minutes early so we know how much ice we’ll need*

First we’ll breathe together Wim Hof Method style, where you will experience the benefits of IHT (Intermittent Hypoxia Therapy) plus get high on your own supply doing so, then we hit the icebath; for happiness strength and health, fun and community.

Reduce inflammation and stress hormones in the body while boosting good hormones, balancing metabolism and refreshing your cardio-vascular system. Research shows that IHT promotes the migration of stem cells from their low O2 environments out into the bloodstream as well to heal, build and do what needs to be done in the body for health.

Set in the heart of Srithanu on a jungle hilltop surrounded by nature we’ll have some powerful breathwork practice and then hit the ice-bath in a big kiddie pool filled with at least 300 kilos of ice cubes which typically bring the pool temperature to between 3.5 and 5.5c.

Contribution: 300 baht

Diet: It is best not to eat anything heavy before hand, ideally no food for a couple of hours before.
